Job Description:
Idle Candidate should be able to handle the entire Admission Department.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about the school's programs and admission requirements.
Conduct campus tours, virtual information sessions, or admissions events for prospective applicants.
Assist applicants in completing application forms and ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
Review and verify admission documents for accuracy and completeness.
Deliver acceptance or rejection notifications and manage the onboarding process for newly admitted students or patients.
Work closely with academic departments, accounts to coordinate the admission process.
Maintain accurate records of all applicants and admissions data.
Provide reports and updates to management on admission trends, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business Administration).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Candidate working in a boarding school will be given a preference.
