PENNEP seeks an Accountant and Transaction Coordinator to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and handle the client's banking activities. The ideal candidate will manage basic bookkeeping tasks, and daily expenses, ensure accurate financial records, and coordinate with banks. Responsibilities:
Record daily expenses.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile cash registers and bank deposits.
Prepare basic financial reports.
Ensure timely bill payments and invoice management.
Assist with inventory tracking and cost management.
Support with end-of-month financial tasks.
Handle bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account reconciliations.
Communicate with banks regarding transactions, account issues, and financial inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduation in Commerce filed.
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Experience with accounting software Tally, and Catpro is preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience dealing with bank transactions is a plus.
