Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective and current students.
- Assess students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable IT courses.
- Provide detailed information on course content, prerequisites, and potential career paths.
- Develop and present informational sessions and webinars about IT courses.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, including application submission, registration, and financial aid options.
- Advise students on potential career opportunities and industry trends in the IT field.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new counseling strategies and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in academic advising, career counseling, or student services, preferably in the IT or education sector.
- Familiarity with IT courses and career paths.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
