AC Technician
- To be conversant with the entire schematic system of pipelines, control valves & ducting of the entire AC network
- Taking rounds of all AHU room and monitoring
- Monitoring centralized AC systems for proper working condition and log the parameters in respective functional record
- Inspecting all AC units, checking motor condition, belt tension, noise
- Cleaning of all AHU filters as per the schedule
- Inspecting all vacant room and checking the working condition of FCU
- Carrying out all day to day preventive works
- Attending all AC complaints and rectifying them.
- Inspecting all AC units floor vise and observing working condition
- Recording all AC readings in log books.
- Maintaining the temperature in the entire floors.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
