Role and responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Familiarity with Animation Design, Music Production
- Use of AI to Ideate, Create, and Publish Creatives and Videos
- Proficiency in multiple Indian languages
- 1 year of experience as a Team lead

Role and responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and Storyboard writers/SMEs to conceptualize and develop animation projects.
- Ensure animations are visually engaging and align with educational goals and project requirements.
- Edit and refine animations based on feedback.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of animations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, techniques and tools.
- Organize and maintain archives of animation files and project assets.
- Provide support and mentoring to the Team.
- This role would involve a lot of self-driven sharp and focused work with end-to-end responsibility for the products
- We are in a fast growth phase and therefore the need of the hour is a hands-on and fast-paced approach to work with the best of skills/communication and discipline
- This role requires very responsible and efficient communication in all formats, verbal, written, messaging, email and documentation
