What you can look forward to as Technical Service Engineer:

• Participation for increase customer satisfaction at the ZF services and end users too
• Keep contact with our customers, in single cases possibility to visit them
• Handling of field complaints which come from the vehicle manufacturers and ZF service network, technical support
• Participation in the resolution of the customer complaints, investigation for the complained products
• Preparation of measurement reports, presentations, field claim statistics
• Monitoring markets in focus to the customer requests
• Participation in the running projects

Your profile as Technical Service Engineer:

• Degree in mechanical engineering
• 1-2 years experience in an automotive environment
• Excellent verbal English language skill as well as in writing
• User-level knowledge of MS-Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability of working independently and in teams
• Wilingness to travel
