We are looking for an SAP Project Manager to fulfill a position is Budapest Head Office!
What will be your responsibilities?
- Support, maintain, manage and monitor One ERP project (S/4 Hana) implementation in FI and SD segment
- Take part in the end to end process from blueprint until hyper care ends
- Provides project management expertise and leads key project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project Governance processes
- Actively manage testing, create relevant documentation, flow charts, process flows
- Coordinate project activities amongst the functional and technical team members consultants
- Support relevant finance activities testing
- Schedules and conducts weekly team meetings to ensure the scope of work is clear and that a standard operating procedure is in place so that all team members are on the same page at any given point in time.
- Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
- Ensure projects meets internal and external deadlines
What do we require?
- Min. 3 years proven experience working as Project Manager or in a similar role
- Orientation and knowledge of accounting standards and processes
- Experience managing large and complex digital projects
- Accounting background / experience is an advantage
- FMCG experience is an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of English is must
- Highly collaborative
