Expected to be incredibly organised and friendly, energetic - this role is so much more than the widely known core receptionist duties.

Your primary tasks/responsibilities:
welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone,
monitoring digital logbook; issuing visitor badges,
serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately,
answering or referring inquiries,
directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions,
answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed,
receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers,
ordering office supplies,
coordinate travel arrangement (in Hungary, abroad travels, taxi),
support in event organisation (preparing, organizing, reporting),
manage internal communication interfaces
update internal webpage,
taking guests for Factory tour,
cooperation with the financial & HR departments.

Your qualifications:
BA/MA degree
fluent Hungarian (both Written and spoken),
fluent English (both Written and spoken),
proficient with Microsoft Office,
solid communication skills both written and verbal,
ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise,
ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
