Your tasks

International project management across all project phases of a construction project (from demand phase till hand over), including coordination and management of all stakeholders of the construction, act as representative of the company
Responsibility for plant planning, coordination among future users and external design companies, and other stakeholders of the project
Develop REM specifications for industrial green- and brownfield projects in cooperation with the user, conduct design management
Being in charge of entire construction time schedule and cost expenditure of the project.
Taking part in selection and coordination of external service providers for facility and building management for various location of the company

Your profile

Degree in civil, architectural, mechanical or in electrical engineering
Several years experience in construction project management, preferable in international industrial environment
Several years experience in facility, building and energy management
Sound technical knowledge of recent engineering solutions in the construction industry
Fluent English; further German language skills would be an advantage
Open-Minded, Hands-On, extraordinary communication skills, able to work with different stakeholders and manage several projects of various global locations at the same time
