FL Technics Wheels & Brakes Kft. is a subsidiary of FL Technics UAB, a provider of tailor-made services for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), delivering solutions to commercial aviation customers worldwide. FL Technics Wheels & Brakes Kft. is specialized in the maintenance and repair of aircraft wheels and brakes with headquarters in Hanover and further locations in Hungary, Italy and Lithuania with around 75+ employees.
To expand our team in Budapest, we are looking for:
HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
YOUR TASKS:

Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new both EU and non-EU employees. Starting with employment contracts, immigration paperwork (with the help of external consultants), orientation, and activation access to systems)
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Monitor and audit employee records for accuracy and completeness.
Manage employee time-off requests, vacations, and sick leaves, business trips to ensure they are in line with company policies.
Assist with payroll processes (timesheets, expenses, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Coordinate training programs by managing schedules, materials, and communication.
Ensure smooth offboarding processes. Handle offboarding tasks such as conducting exit interviews, processing final paperwork, and deactivating access to systems.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in human resources roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
Strong understanding of Hungarian employment laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Available for working on-site at least 4 out of 5 weekdays (Location: CTPark Budapest Ecser)
