Based in Eger, Hungary, as a Claim Handling Engineer you will be primarily responsible for the comprehensive evaluation and management of claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

We are one of the leading brands of pneumatic components and systems as well as individual applications. As one of Emerson's largest pneumatics factories, the Eger factory has been offering products and services for machine manufacturing and industrial automation for more than 50 years.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Investigating incoming complaints of pneumatic applications raised by automotive customers
Managing assessment of customer complaints
Composing professional standpoint individually related to the technical correlations of complaints
Managing proactive communication with the responsibles of Customer Service and Sales departments
Coordinating the investigation process followed by the members of focus team
Preparing the implementation of corrective measures
Crafting specific reports on a regular basis

For This Role, You Will Need:

Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year proven experience within quality engineering environment.
English knowledge – intermediate level; Hungarian knowledge - professional level.
Team player, action orientated and getting results with practical attitude.
Knowledge of problem solving methods

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience gained in an automotive specific industrial environment
Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
