We are looking for an HR Manager (m/w/d) to lead the HR function for the Discrete Automation Business Unit in Eger, Hungary . Working a key member of the site leadership team, you will build and implement HR (Human Resources) initiatives to support our organization and business strategy, including but not limited to organization culture, talent management, employee experience and engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). You will report to Human Resources Director Central and Eastern Europe. If this sounds like an exciting job for you, we encourage your application! In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leading initiatives to improve employee experience, engagement, and strengthen employer branding locally
Providing input on organization design, talent assessment, development, and performance management, while coordinating organization and talent reviews
Collaborating with talent acquisition to source diverse, high-potential talent and working with Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to promote DE&I and foster an inclusive culture
Leading a team and offering HR support on tools, communication, labor law, and managing relations with unions and employee representatives
Coordinating payroll and HR administration, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Emerson standards, while developing and updating HR regulations and procedures

For This Role, You Will Need:
Master’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent HR leadership experience
Experience in a senior HR role with team leadership responsibilities
Knowledge of Hungarian labor laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR databases
Fluency in Hungarian and English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Advanced education in HR or an MBA
Experience within a manufacturing setting
Background in an international matrix organization
