Quality Coordinator (f/m/x)

in Mars Petcare, Market Logistics Department/Quality
Primary job location: Warsaw (office in the City Centre)
***Hybrid work 50/50***

Are you passionate about ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement in product processes? We are looking for a dynamic Quality Coordinator to play a key role in maintaining Mars quality standards across distribution zones.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Act as a key user for quality systems like Nexus and Connected Quality Platform
  
• Oversee the hold and release process to maintain product safety
  
• Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
  
• Manage and maintain accurate quality documentation
  
• Serve as first contact for customer complaints and ensure swift resolutions
  
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses
  
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards
  
• Collaborate with quality managers and support continuous improvement initiatives
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred
  
• Familiarity with quality management principles and Mars Quality standard
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Experience with office productivity software and SAP
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
