What you’ll do:

• Lead the onsite implementation of various Industrial Fuse projects (NPI, cost out), defined by the project portfolio list
  
• Track projects during their full cycle, take a full lifetime responsibility for the product family assigned
  
• Implement the aligned manufacturing strategy with global team synchronised to product strategy
  
• Analyze product and project profitability and recommend actions to close gaps, initiate cost out opportunities
  
• Support Profit Plan creation and regular profitability analysis
  
• Mentor project teams, act as WPA (Work Package Approver) for the related projects
  
• Collaborate with local and international, multidisciplinary teams (engineering, SCM Commodity teams) in order to deliver the projects on the defined timeline, cost and quality
  
• Keeps high level of project management discipline, ensures that actions are closed on time and escalates to higher level in the organization if required. Uses and promotes utilization of Pro-launch process.
  
• Presents project status and performance on Project meetings and presentations to upper management
  

Qualifications:

• Bs C or Ms C in business or technical field
• Minimum 5-10 years experiences in project delivery

Skills:

• Fluent English knowledge
• Project management experience with multi-discipline teams
• Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing environment
• Good analytical skills
• Able to work alone and in team as well
• Results orientation
• Multinational Working Experience
