MGR I CONTROLLER
Exciting Opportunity! Plant Controller at TE Connectivity – Esztergom, Hungary
Are you a finance professional with a passion for driving financial excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
Join TE Connectivity in Esztergom as a Plant Controller and play a key role in shaping the financial future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with local and regional management to drive business success.
Lead a team of 8 in local controlling, focusing on talent management and professional development.
Improve financial and operational performance through forecasting, budgeting, and tracking.
Manage all plant reporting, including budgeting, month-end processes, and productivity projects.
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support internal and external audits of the manufacturing site.
Ideal profile:
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing and people management.
Strong understanding of process controls and procedures.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience working in a matrix reporting structure.
Excellent communication skills both in Hungarian and English.
Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Office applications.
