Lead Engineer - ADAS Development and Validation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading, mentoring and training of the ADAS engineers
  
• ADAS development and validation knowledge, methodology development
  
• Supporting and substitution of STL
  
• Application of the ADAS/AD control parameters according to the legislation and customer specifications
  
• Preparing, organizing, executing and evaluating vehicle test drives worldwide
  
• Reporting and presenting test results to the customers
  
• Planning, implementation and management of application projects in the ADAS area
  
• Validation of ADAS function systems (AEB, LSS,…) on the virtual environment and on public road test or on proving ground
  
• Engineering support of production series launch and certification procedures
  
• ADF (Automated Driving Function) certification requirements
  
• Defining EPS (Environment Perception System) and self-pilot co-pilot system certification requirements
  
• Defining requirements for real test conditions
  
• Generating a protocol or accurate test guide for real testing
  
• Defining requirements for handling test data
  
• Defining real testing methods
  
• Demonstration and utilization of project results
  
• Other tasks defined by the STL
  
• Ensuring the qualification of the lead engineering group
  
• Ensuring the work quality of the lead engineering group
  
• Ensuring the vehicle validation tests according to legislation, standards and customer specifications
  
  

YOUR PROFILE:

• BSc or MSc in mechanical, automotive or related engineering discipline
  
• Excellent knowledge of ADAS functions, legal requirements and standards
  
• Comprehensive vehicle testing knowledge
  
• Min. 5 years of experience in ADAS development and testing
  
• Team and project coordination experience
  
• Fluent in English and/or German, Hungarian is a must
  
• High level PC knowledge, inclusive Microsoft Office
  
• Very good communication skills in Hungarian and English/German language
  
• Organized, target-oriented working performance
  
• Initiative, responsible personality
  
• Capable of individual work as part of a team
  
• Flexibility, willingness to travel and work abroad (long-term delegation to the company headquarter and to the customers)
  
• Passenger car driving license
