On behalf on our partner we are looking for an Investment specialist.

Job responsibilities:
1. Support in coordination all functional departments for construction, operation and management of facilities overseas

2. Support in communication with government, authorities, business partners, external agencies, negotiation with government on incentive package and the implementation of the government supporting policies

3. Support in investment projects overseas, including project evaluation, analysis of chances and risks, financial modeling and valuation, feasibility study and report to the investment committee

4. Support in review, negotiation and finalization of key terms in investment-related agreements, also for internal alignment

Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, preferably majored in economics, finance, accounting and science, overseas study experience is preferred

2. Profound financial modelling and financial accounting knowledge; CFA, CPA, ACCA preferred

3. Solid financial modelling skills, strong financial analysis capabilities, relevant business negotiation experience

4. 2 years of relevant working experience; experience in one of a Big 4 accounting firms, international investment banks or Big 4 strategy consulting firms; has participated in 2-3 cross-border investment, greenfield or joint venture projects

5. English is the working language, proficiency, and Hungarian.

6. Good communication skills, fast-learning ability; solution-oriented; capable to work in a stressed situation, efficient execution ability; acknowledge company's value, team-work spirit
