Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Role purpose
Responding to general enquiries across the full range of HR C&B processes and providing accurate and timely guidance to managers, HRBPs and employees as required. Delivering services according to overall strategy, performance targets and customer expectations, within agreed mandate, processes, and corporate framework.
You will work on
Run and support the Compensation and Variable pay process in SAP Success Factors
Create and maintain the company’s job evaluation process in accordance with the global job architecture
Participate in the GBS budgeting process from employee cost perspective
Support the recruitment process from compensation point of view, and advice on compensation topics in organizational changes and promotional cases
Participating in salary benchmark and remuneration surveys
Manage compensation related calculations and reports like labor cost, 13th month salary, bonus, accrual, Christmas benefit, health insurance
Support the yearly wage negotiations by providing statistics and bechmark to the HRBPs and the union
Create and update processes and policies and advice to managers and HRBPs related to them
Keep contact with Group HR and local HR from different locations
Collaboration and cooperation in compensation processes between countries and teams within HR
Your qualifications and skills
5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, experience in other HR field is an advantage
University Degree preferably in HR or Economics
Fluent in English is mandatory, any other language is a plus
Willingness to learn and to improve
Proactive, agile, customer-oriented approach
High level of flexibility, out of box thinking
Meeting customer needs in a manner that provides satisfaction for the customer
Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task/to get work done and delivered correctly and efficiently within frames and deadlines and according to agreed processes
Experience in informing, guiding and advising managers and employees in HR-related initiatives
Ability to develop reports, extract HR data and execute HR reporting
Knowledge of Mercer or other similar methodology
Knowledge of the compensation module of SAP Success Factors
Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge
