Responsibilities:
Support and advise local teams.
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening, active search, and interviewing with the site manager.
Serve as the go-to person and interface for labor law matters and local HR policies, including contract creation, general HR inquiries, and payroll coordination.
Implement and expand our benefits to foster a positive work environment.
Advise and support site management and employees on HR matters.
Handle general office management tasks for our new Budapest office, such as ordering supplies, setup, and ensuring cleanliness and organization
Your profile:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Hungary, such as Recruiting, HR, Back Office, etc.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with a good network.
Engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for professional service with a hands-on mentality.
Fluent in Hungarian and German (C1 level), with English at B2 level.
Resilience, strong organizational and implementation skills complete your profile.
