HR Specialist

Starting January 2025, we’re looking for a service-oriented HR professional for our Budapest location. You’ll manage HR processes across the Employee Life Cycle and play a key role in expanding the office and attracting talent to pida
Skills
Responsibilities:
- Support and advise local teams.
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening, active search, and interviewing with the site manager.
- Serve as the go-to person and interface for labor law matters and local HR policies, including contract creation, general HR inquiries, and payroll coordination.
- Implement and expand our benefits to foster a positive work environment.
- Advise and support site management and employees on HR matters.
- Handle general office management tasks for our new Budapest office, such as ordering supplies, setup, and ensuring cleanliness and organization
Your profile:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Hungary, such as Recruiting, HR, Back Office, etc.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with a good network.
- Engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for professional service with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in Hungarian and German (C1 level), with English at B2 level.
- Resilience, strong organizational and implementation skills complete your profile.
