Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values to ensure compliance with labour laws and promote a positive workplace culture.
Oversee and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
Identify training needs within the organization and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Develop and manage the performance appraisal process, assisting managers in setting goals and providing feedback to employees.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Ensure the organization's HR practices remain compliant and mitigate potential legal risks.
Manage the HR team operation, monitor performance, support and develop team members and ensure effective communication and cooperation within the team.
Foster and maintain cooperation with trade union, partners, service providers.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Partner closely with the business to foster a high-performing culture, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
5-10 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, min. 3 years leadership experience.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Active, conversational English, both written and oral.
Confident MS Office user.
Business and strategical thinking and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
