It is a truly exciting time to join us here at GKN Automotive in Hungary. We built a brand new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc in 2023, which includes assembly and office accommodation. Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. We employ hundreds of colleagues from the local community and will continue to develop the site over time.
We are seeking for an HR Generalist to join our team:
We are seeking for an HR Generalist to join our team:
- Responsible for the selection process of direct and indirect staff
- Takes active part in everyday's HR related general administration
- Identifies headcount needs, aligns and follows-up hiring strategy
- Defines advertising methods, creates ads
- Pre-selection of candidates, using various platforms
- Organizes and conducts interviews, gives feedback
- Handling of candidate database
- Cooperate with recruiting agencies and local labor authorities
- Responsible for HR KPI-s
- Responsible for stay and exit interviews
- Support of onboarding process, creation of job description according to standards
- Cooperates with finance in terms of forecasts
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyze information and applications.
- Takes part in the creation of local policies and procedures
- Take a proactive approach to employee relation matters and develop collaborative relationships in an environment of continuous improvement and with employee involvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment legal requirements
- Take part in developing employee recognition activities
- Coordinate and takes part in employee development and retention projects and programs
- Develop strategies to improve employee morale and attitude
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of Economy/Human resources
- Experience as a generalist within a manufacturing environment
- Fully proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
