Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. WE are looking for a Shopfloor engineer to join our value stream team.
Tasks would be:

Data management of the factory's production processes
Conducting market research related to the application of technical innovations
Responsible for purchasing new machines and/or refurbishing processes
Provides assistance for machines and processes under its jurisdiction
Supporting productivity improvement and Lean activities
Development and training of local workers in plant operations and processes
Responsible for tracking issues, managing appropriate countermeasures and communicating with partner plants
Providing and documenting production-related training for plant employees
Support of local problem-solving activities and technical assistance to customers

Requirements:

University degree (Bsc / Msc) in the field of engineering
At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing (preferred: automotive industry)
Proactive attitude
Communication level English
Hungarian language is also required
CAD, CREO and other softwares knowledge
Independent working
