Engineering Manager CI/CD

Position / Assignment Summary :
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead all the CI/CD-related activities (build & test pipeline, development tools, report generators, etc.) in our SW Platform organization as part of the newly established Integration Team.

Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work :

Managing SW integration&releasing activities in a multinational environment
Management of CI/CD system operations
Maintaining the CI/CD team’s backlog (tooling development, bugfixing, etc.)
Developing SW development processes in collaboration with QA
People management of the CI/CD team

Required Education and Experience :

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Deep understanding of CI/CD systems, including software build, testing frameworks.
Understanding of C/C++ build mechanism, experience with CMake or Make.
Experience with Jenkins, Python.
Understanding of Git including merging.
Experience with Gerrit.
2 years Engineering Manager experience.
2 years experience with Scrum and/or Kanban.
