Major Responsibilities:

Identify and Initiate action for reduction of maintenance costs and OEE improvement (Uptime) 5%.
Responsible for improvement reliability and to insure equipment durability following the defined maintenance strategy including criticality (At optimum costs). 5%
Initiate Action Plans, evaluation countering undesired trends based on performance reports. 15%
Identify additional points for converting product requirements in Machine technical parameters for the MTP, contact shop process technician. 5%
Identify the actions to improve reliability of machinery and provide technical support of sectors in the domains of:30%
Weekly and monthly analysis.
Troubleshooting and maintenance
Abnormality management
Reliability and Durability
Definition of spare part needs
Analysis and consumption reduction of spare parts
Responsible to train operations and maintenance personnel on technical whereabouts and methods (continuous training) 5%
Responsible for planning and preparing maintenance works, including work content, necessary spare parts and human resources. 10%
Responsible to train and propagate knowledge and competency for maintenance personnel. 5%
Checking of validated Spare part lists and provisioned for 3%
Provide training documents/supports - “one point lesson” 5%
Prepare to animate reliability reviews 5%
To represent maintenance team for equipment reception phases 7%

Skills:

Professional level of PLC programing on Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) equipments.
At least 4 years of experience in SW and HW fault-finding in A-B environment including servodrives.
At least 2 years of experience in VMI machines (MAXX building, APEXer)
At least 2 years of experience in Bartell winding machine.
At least 2 years of experience in XML, SQL database handling.
Good communication with people of other work cultures.
Professional level of using MS office.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in Equipment troubleshooting.

Education Qualification(s):
