- 接聽客戶服務熱線, 解答客戶的電話查詢
- 提供有關服務的資訊及詳情
- 協助開戶服務
- 中五或以上程度
- 具有良好溝通及電話應對技巧，積極勤奮，能獨立工作
- 流利粵語及英語
- 有電話客戶服務經驗優先
- 具實際操作電腦知識, 包括文書處理
- 工作地點: 側魚涌 ( 6 days a week, 13:30 – 22:30 with 1 hr meal break)
合約期： 6 個月
薪酬： 每小時 $120.00
