About the Role:
We are expanding our Technical Support team in Patra and we are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team with the following responsibilities:
Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions to clients
Advice and train users on software use
Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or a related field
Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered as an asset
Familiarity with ERP, CRM or other software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
