External Job Description
Senior Project Manager at an IQVIA business has the mission is to help scientists improve health outcomes by better understanding patients and their treatment preferences in non-interventional Clinical studies.
This is a key role within IQVIA, being responsible for the successful planning, design, initiation, execution, monitoring, and ultimate success of a project.

This is a key role within IQVIA, being responsible for the successful planning, design, initiation, execution, monitoring, and ultimate success of a project.
What the role looks like
- Design effective strategies based on the characteristics and requirements of each study to engage patient groups around the world
- Bring together multidisciplinary teams around the world: manage relationships with clients and suppliers throughout all stages of the projects
- Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, supplier selection and proposals to the client
- Monitor data quality, ensuring a successful project evolution and completion, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
What you need to apply
- University graduates from a variety of backgrounds such as business, marketing, science, social science or healthcare
- +2 years of experience in projects in market research, clinical studies or project management within the healthcare sector. More important is an interest in business, an insatiable curiosity, and the desire to find and implement solutions via critical thinking
- A very high level of English and experience living or studying in an English-speaking country. Our Project Managers talk every day with clients in the US and UK to create strategies to engage patients to take part in their clinical studies.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Curious with a great interest in learning
- An impressive track record of achievement
- Good IT and MS Office skills, good level of excel is essential.
