Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Oversee the execution of existing contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
Identify opportunities to improve sales within accounts under responsibility.
Sales Administration:
Manage the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals & ensure seamless delivery of the products
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in key account management or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
