- Manage charter party forms, laycan/laydays, vessel itineraries, and shipping documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between vessel masters, agents, and charterers.
- Oversee demurrage calculations and post-voyage claims.
- Monitor vessel schedules, ensure proper cargo loading, and handle Bills of Lading.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree/diploma in Shipping
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations department.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Having the knowledge in using DANAOS system.
- Data Entry; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office; Detail Oriented; Organised; Timely; Competent IT Skills
