THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Insights Analyst who will join our Insights and Intelligence Team in Greece.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Monthly performance reviews (progress vs plan, drivers of deviation vs plan).
Volume / Share correlation and alignment monitoring
Provide fact-based forecast on Market size and share, identifying new key trends and anticipating potential changes in demand.
Analysis to support pricing strategy definition where applicable.
Trade insights including monitoring competitor activities.
Support or co-lead implementation of group reporting tool(s) and local adaptations.
Work with multiple data sources, prioritise key areas of investigation, and apply a sound interpretation of findings.
Work with Market Insight Manager to translate business needs into robust insight requirements.
Use independent consumer insights to support the Cluster Insight Manager to drive data driven decision making and challenge perceptions when required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
2 to 4 years relative experience in commercial and consumer analysis preferably in the FMCG.
Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business Administration, Statistics or Marketing Analytics. Master’s degree will be considered a plus
Proficiency in English (written and oral) is non-negotiable.
Strong MS Office Skills / Primarily Advanced Excel – [pivot tables, formulas] and Powerpoint
Sound analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills
Willing to take ownership and deliver on responsibilities
Organized approach, self driven, able to drive in autonomy activities and to unlock other departments support wherever required
