Necessary qualifications:
BSc degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Proven experience in information security roles (4+ years).

Knowledge of information security best practices and relevant regulations.

Familiarity with security tools and technologies.

Experience in Microsoft 365 related security products and services.

Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Very good Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written).

Desired qualifications:
MSc degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and strategies that align with industry best practices.

Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations, and managing incident responses.

Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities and create strategies to mitigate them.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations (i.e. GDPR, etc) and other relevant standards.

Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure the understanding and adherence to security protocols.

Coordinate security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans.

Implement and manage security controls.

Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes and systems.

Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties.
