Qualifications:
Proven experience in similar position, of at least 3-4 years in luxury hotels or restaurants in Greece or abroad.

Good command of both English and Greek language is essential.

Degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Excellent guest service skills.

Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Ensures a welcome and a quality service to customers.

Assists guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.

Receives orders and serves guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail.

Prepares tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.

Communicates order details to the Kitchen Staff.

Manages the payment process for customers e.g. (process cash or card payments ,collect the bill payment).

Follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
