Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional for its hotel unit in Crete.

Main Responsibilities :
Handling of cutting tools, kitchen utensils and later cooking methods.
Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and procedures.
Work closely with Chef and Sous Chef.
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
Be knowledgeable of food hygiene and safety procedures.
Able to perform well in fast-paced environments.
Job Requirements:
Graduate from a culinary arts school.
A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar position.
Culinary knowledge, including food preparation.
Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary excellence.
EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
