TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA Group, is currently looking for a:

Construction Site Manager (Building Sector – Milos Island)

Main responsibilities:
Leads planning, execution and delivery of construction project from initiation to completion

Supervises the engineering project team, coordinates the day-to-day activities and the progress on the Construction site

Develops and implements comprehensive project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress against established targets and timelines

Checks design documents, technical files and other technical documentation as required

Monitors and mitigates any risks arising on-site and acts proactively

Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Provides progress reports and regularly communicating with the client and the Project team

Manages relations with engineers, subcontractors and working crew, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards

Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations

Develops and implements policies and procedures for the construction, promoting best practices in health and safety

Qualifications:
BSc degree in Civil Engineering

15+ years of experience of construction supervision in building projects

Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Deep knowledge of construction processes (concrete structures, earthwork, metal and carpentry works, MEP installations, etc.)

Proficiency in construction management software and tools

Competencies:
Leadership and team management experience in construction projects

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationship with colleagues and external parties

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong negotiation skills
