Nido is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Chef de Partie to join our team as we continue to grow and innovate in hospitality.
Responsibilities
Prepare dishes in accordance with set recipes and standards.
Assist Sous Chef with menu planning and costing for the a la carte restaurant.
Oversee food quantities, quality, and presentation.
Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety regulations and standards.
Train and develop the kitchen staff.
Assist with orders and inventory management.
Requirements
Experience as a Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
Experience in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
