Karpea S.A. is a leading exporter of premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Olives, distributing our high-quality Mediterranean products to 25 countries worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Area Export Manager to join our team and drive our global sales growth.

Job Purpose:
As the Area Export Manager , you will be responsible for managing and expanding Karpea’s client base in international markets. This role will focus on maintaining relationships with current clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in global markets.

Identify and secure new clients to grow Karpea’s international market presence.

Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned regions.

Travel internationally to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

Participate in international exhibitions to promote Karpea’s products.

Market Research : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in global markets.

Sales Reporting : Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.

Customer Retention : Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Pricing Strategy : Collaborate with management on competitive pricing strategies for different international markets.

Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG (not required).

Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.

Strong knowledge of international sales practices, especially in consumer goods.

Willingness to travel extensively and attend international exhibitions.
