Assist the team in organizing and executing monthly onboarding activities
Provide support to the team in all training activities, including logistical preparation, assisting trainees and trainers, managing training registrations, and collecting feedback
Offer operational support in managing the internal Learning Management System
Collaborate with the team to ensure the tracking and maintenance of trainees' learning progress and history
Actively participate in Training department events and activities, as well as other assigned events and programs under the guidance of your supervisor

Requirements

Enrolled student (all genders) at an university or college in the field of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration or related
Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Power Point
Analytical approach and independent working method
Excellent communication and writing skills
Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
Interest in learning perspectives and the creation of a learning culture and the ability to identify and highlight needs
Strong service orientation and good technical understanding

Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
