Scope of responsibility:
- Support planning and execution of EMEA customer engagements program.
- Establish routine communication channels and cadence with stakeholders prior, during, and following customer engagement events.
- Partner with supporting staff across functions to ensure timely execution of physician contracting and travel.
- Provide a single point of contact for physicians and local field personnel to coordinate travel logistics.
- Work with teams including Global R&D and EMEA marketing to create agendas for advisory lab sessions.
- Coordinate equipment and supply readiness and shipping / customs paperwork for domestic and international events.
- Create tools for tracking event execution to drive efficiency and process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement / innovation for future programs.
- Create and manage specific tools to collect and analyze Voice of Customer.
Requirements:
- BS in engineering discipline with 0-3 years of medical device experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic situations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach.
