(Senior) Scientist Assay Development (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities In this position you will be part ouf department Target Validation. The department identifies pre-clinical drug targets. You will there take responsibility for designing cell-based and cell free assays for candidate proteins that can be used in high-throughput screening assays.

Develop, optimize and execute cell free or cell-based screening assays relevant for the function of the protein under investigation for the purpose of generating screening methods for drug candidate discovery.
ELISA, reporter gene assays or fluorescence-based assays
Development and implementation of robust 96 /384 -well plate-based assays using a wide range of detection methods
Analyze and interpret experimental data, generate reports, and present findings
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in assay technologies and apply innovative approaches to improve assay development and performance.

Our Requirements

Ph D in life sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology or related field
Proven experience in cell-free or cell based high throughput screening assays is essential
Excellent communication and analytical skills (essential)
