Your Mission

• Sales Support : You assist the sales team with preparing proposals and managing client communication throughout the sales cycle. In that function you collaborate with Product Management and R&D and facilitate communication within the team. You support our sales team in organizing customer visits and business trips and are working closely with our Marketing and Finance team.
  
• Account Management: You supervise account activities and order fulfilment by our Customer Service team. You handle all escalations and are responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for your assigned accounts. For small accounts you also take commercial responsibilities for upselling and growing our business.
  
• Reporting: You generate and analyse sales reports to provide insights into account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and contribute to the development of best practices with our Customer Excellence team.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• A degree in economics/business administration or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with work experience.
  
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  
• Experience with ERP and CRM tools is an advantage.
  
• A high level of organizational skills, reliability, initiative, teamwork, and a strong service mentality with a high standard of quality.
  
• Structured working style, quick grasp of complex issues, and strong communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, you already have experience in sales.
