We have offices in Brighton, Brooklyn and Berlin and we are rapidly growing in all markets.
As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our teams and looking for Receivers to join our team.
As a Receiver you'll be responsible for handling all parcels delivered by our couriers. You'll ensure the safe opening of parcels and sorting of items, providing our Product Specialist teams with a constant stream of well-organised transactions. Besides the receiving tasks, your team is tasked with reporting any misdelivered parcels, as well as damaged or missing boxes. The Receivers team plays a significant role in implementing sustainable practices, recycling up to 90% of the waste generated in the process.
Please note: This is a part-time opportunity (Monday - Friday, afternoons only!)
Responsibilities

• Receiving and unboxing all goods in, carefully opening the package and unwrapping the items, being mindful not to cause any scratches or damage.
• Inspecting the condition of the package and photographing any damage that may be present, reporting any missing items, damages, or wrong items.
• Communicating with internal teams offering regular updates and raising problems
• Ensuring that all workspaces are tidy and organised.
• Properly dispose of paper, plastic, and wrapping paper in the appropriate recycling bin.

• Willingness to consistently meet daily targets.
• Previous warehouse experience or technically oriented role.

Even better if you have:

• Familiarity with barcode systems in a warehouse environment.
• An interest in photography/videography is helpful, but we do welcome those with less knowledge who want to learn.
• German at A2 level.
