As Manager or our Project Office (m/f/d) you will be part of our Taste Valorisation Platform (TVP) Team located in Noerdlingen. In this role you will be delivering an excellent contribution inside the team and in the global network with regional and cross-organizational teams. The key focus of this role is to further advance the work of agile modern project management within the team which is fully in line with our Inovation process principles.
You ensure successful and speedy delivery of strategic growth opportunities as Executive Assistance with Project leaders Business Incubation and Strategic Development Team (GOM/SPMO).
You are responsible for coordination of TVP team set-up & performance monitoring like project progress, system tools or support organization.
You execute the administration and organization within the TVP office owning daily correspondence & support responsibility to VP TVP and team.
You have the ability to handle special projects of higher and international complexity with integrated internal & external communication in a structured and well-organized way independently.
You handle confidential business matters, strategic growth information and insights at required sensitivity and enable mitigation of business and safety risks.
About you
You successfully completed your studies of business economics or administration or a similar field.
You are experienced in agile project management.
You have advanced experience as executive or business management assistant.
You have the ability to establish global internal cross-functional network within Symrise.
You are experienced in IT systems and database expertise such as SAP, Microsoft Office applications (especially excel & powerpoint) and PM software tools etc.
