What are we looking for?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Availability Coordinator to join our team at Mars. The ideal candidate will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, science, or engineering.
Bring about 2-3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the CPG/FMCG sector.
Possess a strong end-to-end supply chain understanding, with a focus on data accuracy.
Be fluent in German and English and skilled in problem-solving and stakeholder management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Monitor Stock Levels: Oversee daily stock levels to ensure product availability across warehouses.
Address Supply Bottlenecks: Resolve supply chain issues within a 6-week horizon.
Manage Product Transitions: Handle product transitions during promotions or new launches.
Monitor Goods Receipt: Track and manage goods receipt using ATLAS.
Attend CMOS Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings to manage at-risk demand.
Collaborate on Volume Allocation: Work on volume allocation and quota management.
Analyze CSL Misses: Investigate causes for Customer Service Level (CSL) misses and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Proactive Communication: Prepare and communicate with customers regarding potential shortages.
Rapid Response, ATLAS, SAP, MS Office, BI reporting.
