The Onboarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring our seamless integration onto various e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, providing training, and offering continuous support to ensure our products are effectively listed and managed. Your goal will be to facilitate our successful entry and growth on these platforms.
Your Mission:
- Oversee product listing on various e-commerce platforms.
- Train internal teams on platform requirements and best practices.
- Offer prompt and professional support for questions and concerns.
- Collaborate to improve onboarding materials and processes.
- Track and report onboarding progress, implementing improvements.
- Liaise with platform support teams to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform guidelines.
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, or e-commerce, preferably in tech or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and relevant software.
- Passion for e-commerce and commitment to outstanding service.
