• Maintain and improve our communication channels such as social media, corporate website, email and event marketing
• Content management and further development of the corporate website
• Create and manage marketing campaigns (e.g. prepare texts and visuals) in multichannel environment (e.g. social media, emails)
• Maintain and improve of company templates, flyers and other digital/printed materials
• Organise webinars (both in-house and with partners) for our target audiences
• Support in the coordination and organization of events and fairs
• Support with internal corporate communications and further development of the intranet
• Further development of the “Employer Branding"

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with focus on marketing and/or communication science
• At least 4+ years’ experience in marketing
• Interest in semiconductor or high tech industry preferred
• Strong Experience in creating promotional content (writing promo texts, creating graphics/illustrations or videos)
• Experience in organising webinars and knowledge of relevant tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc) is a plus
• Experience in managing company profiles on various social media channels is a plus
• Experience with the CMS system Word Press is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian, Confluence and Jira as well as HTML basics is a plus
• Knowledge of Linked In Business Suites is a plus
• Very good MS Office skills
• Self-driven and hands-on way of working
• Very Good written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Team-player
