- Support in HR project management
- Organization & implementation of training courses
- Initial experience in the field of HR, personnel administration or IT (e.g. through internships or student activities) is an advantage
- Technical understanding and affinity for digital systems
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ideally, initial experience with time tracking systems or similar HR tools
