German Customer Support - Based in Portugal

For this particular position, we are working with a well established Customer Support company to find a German Contact Agent. This position is full-time and will be based in Portugal.
Your Responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact for customers
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat
- Managing concerns and complaints accordingly
- Providing technical support for pc-related issue
- Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
- Confident communicator
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to empathise with others
- Friendly manner
- EU citizenship or Valid work permit for Portugal
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
- High level of English (minimum C1 Level)
- Minimum education - High School Diploma
- Previous experience in customer based role
- Opportunity to live and work in Lisbon
