Position Description
The Client Services Partner, Advertiser Solutions is responsible for supporting Agency & Brand relationships within the Pub Matic platform as well as working with current partners and internal teams to fulfil their business needs and optimize their potential for our publishers.
Candidate will do this through various tasks including campaign optimisation, reporting, general account management, program implementation and managing terms and expectations for new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Work with teams both internal and external to drive business goals and help our clients exceed their KPIs. This includes:
Managing troubleshooting and reporting
DSP set-up guidance and best practices for buyers
Brief responses
Optimization best practices
Proactively provide strategic recommendations to existing clients to help upsell/drive incremental revenue growth for Pub Matic
Has a strong understanding of Pub Matic’s tech along with media solutions/products and will use this knowledge to demonstrate Pub Matic value to clients
Be a trusted point of contact for clients and internal asks and will ensure responses are handled in a timely manner
Support Pub Matic teams with DSP internal testing / activations and tracking
Own the SPO proposal process for Advertiser Solutions team
Own the monthly reporting to finance for SPO tracking purposes for Bo B as well as the client-facing tracking reports
Support Activate Bo B clients with campaign tracking / reporting
Requirements:
1-3 years applicable experience in either Programmatic Trading, Account Management, Client Services, Sales or Business Development roles in the Ad Tech industry. Relevant experience includes: publishers, ad network/sales house, SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs and ad agencies
Exposure to and familiarity with Programmatic eco-system and industry at large
Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling including: pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies
Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business and strong problem solving skills
Proficiency in written and oral English and German native is a must have
Experience within a DSP / SSP platform
Experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI are a plus
Strong presentation (Including Power Point) and negotiation skills are a plus
