Your Mission / The Opportunity
- Support onu.energy’s Founders in being their most effective selves and function as a valuable sparring partner (i.e., all aspects of developing a Climate Tech Energy startup in B2B Saa S software right after Pre-seed closing).
- Your first major project: Set up our customer success function for success taking over a process entirely run by the founders. You will need to find a way to balance getting as many product learnings from our customers as possible, understanding the revenue expansion potential, and scaling this process to a level that it can handle a high double digit number of customers
- Own and execute other strategic projects with any possible scope or topic (e.g., business, sales and go-to-market, strategy and business development, fundraising and investor management, product growth, marketing, quarterly OKR process etc.)
- Great potential to shape the job in a way how that interests you and what brings most impact to the company
- Direct impact on building an energy climate tech startup from scratch and defining a new category in the market
- Work directly with the founders (all serial entrepreneurs with 8-15 years work experience in major companies / consultancies)
- Gain exposure to all aspects of the business, with opportunities for professional development and advancement
What you bring to the table
- You have a very strong background with 2-5 years experience, e.g., in management consulting, preferably with experience at Mc Kinsey, Bain, or BCG (MBB), IB, a fast growing start-up / scale-up or another fast-paced, highly demanding environment
- You are adept at managing complex projects and are comfortable working in constantly changing environments
- You possess a keen interest in sustainability and are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the climate-tech landscape
- Fluency in German and English
Beneficial skills
- Experience in B2B Saa S startups / enterprise software
- Experience in Product Management
- Energy knowledge
What you will not be doing:
- Being the personal assistant to the MDs
- Coordinating calendars or travel plans
- Managing a large team
- Being “the dump” for unpopular tasks of other people in the organisation
