Sportradar‘s newly founded Sports Virtualisation unit located in Bremen, Germany develops innovative and disruptive technology to enable the transition from traditional sports media consumption to new ways to engage with sports.
The latest computer vision technology is key to allowing real-time rendering of statistics and virtual ads on top of broadcasts. It also enables the use of skeletal tracking data to render virtual recreations of sports events and transform the way they are experienced. Together with the top leagues and federations around the globe, we are working on our vision for a range of products to increase fan engagement for the world of tomorrow.
A key focus will be supporting the squads in executing and maturing their scrum/ SDLC process as well as driving business agility by providing the visibility of progress and impediments requiring focus and support in close cooperation with the leadership team and other key stakeholders.
THE CHALLENGE:
Influence the ways of working, by identifying potential for improvement together with product teams to increase the efficiency and quality of product development
Building agile teams & supporting the teams in improving their agile maturity.

Support the teams in focusing on measurable business outcomes.
Setting the stage for agile KPIs to drive the agile mindset.
Coaching, mentoring and facilitating autonomous, cross-functional teams of Developers, Product Owners, Testers and the Organization
Servant leadership.
Cross team collaboration and agile at scale (SAFe), by promoting effective communication and feedback mechanisms within the team and between stakeholders to optimize collaboration
Developing a learning organization.
Qualifications
You are a people person who truly values collaboration. It's essential that you are a self-driven servant leader who proactively plans work to reach long-term business outcomes. Agile principles and values are deeply embedded into your core, enabling you to stay focused in a work environment that's always evolving.
Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban.
Previous experience leading delivery teams is advantageous.
A strong interest in both people and technology.
Ability to build trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization by showcasing a positive attitude, professional expertise in project management, and exceptional organizational skills
A bachelor's degree in computer science or leadership is a benefit.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication in diverse settings and excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
Agile certifications are a plus.
Tools: JIRA/ Confluence/Miro.
Experience with Flight Level coordination is a plus for other scaled agile delivery frameworks (Less, SAFE etc).
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities when working with stakeholders from different educational and cultural backgrounds
